Timberwolves Draft Class

Well it looks like the Timberwolves will keep the majority of their draft choices. David Kahn (I like to refer to him as DK), give yourself a pat on the back because you are providing hope and joy to the Minnesota fans. I've already erased all the bad memories associated with the name Kevin McHale. Not really, but I like the direction Minnesota is going in. Ricky Rubio will definitely be a fan favorite. He'll sell tickets, jerseys, and melt the hearts of young girls around the world with his baby face and charming smile. Plus, chicks dig accents. At just 18 years old, the guy has Pistol Pete like ball handling skills, and the passing ability of Steve Nash x 2. I can't wait to see him play in the NBA.
Immediately following Ricky was the 6th overall pick. Minnesota selected G Johnny Flynn. I like this pick as well. Flynn is an athletic scoring guard if you ask me. His versatility will allow him to play alongside Ricky creating a solid tandem in the back court. Then if things don't work out, you can put their first names together (Ricky Johnny), and make a comedy about a Nascar driver who is dumb as rocks.
Overall Draft grade: A
Oh yeah, the Wolves still need a head coach. DK - you're on the right track, don't mess it up.
